BATCH OFF RUBBER MACHINE WORKING PRINCIPLE

The rubber dough taken from the dough machine produced as a band is left on the conveyor in the input unit by the operator. By pressing the mounted start button on the input unit, the progress of the rubber paste is ensured. According to the speed of the dough, the speed is adjusted from the panel on the input unit. It passes through the dough sticking and hot cutting unit to the Anti-tack (soaping) unit and then to the cooling unit with the help of the tractor belt system. Depending on the dough elongation length, the suspension system moves on the line with the pneumatic piston drive by taking command thanks to the encoder plc module. This cycle of cooling and dough accumulation continues until the tunnel is full. The dough is cooled by axial fans according to the capacity calculated in the cooling system inside the tunnel. When the cooling unit is full, the machine warns the operator with an audible warning transmitted by the sensor. The operator manually puts the end of the dough in the upper part of the machine onto the delivery belt. The operation is completed by moving to the dough folding and stacking (wig-wag) section. When the dough is finished, the operator stops the system with the button on the input unit and the cycle is completed.

When the wig-wag stacking process is completed, the filled pallet is transported to the desired waiting area with the help of a forklift. While stacking is done in the elevator system, which is an optional feature of the machine, the stacking of the dough is carried out completely automatically via auxiliary pallets and the pneumatic and hydraulic system. When the stacked dough is complete, the system stops automatically and warns the operator with an audible warning.
